Some of the more common questions you may have

1. How do I shop?

Browse through the categories, click on the ones you like and click the Add to Basket, when you have finished shopping, the home page has a link to the Basket where you can Checkout, then follow the on screen instructions

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept Paypal & Google Checkout, these are both secure third party options and I see no other information that you provide apart from what I need to send your items

3. Do I need a Paypal Account?

No, you can pay with other cards through the Paypal portal without an account

4. How much is shipping?

Totally FREE! All postage and packing is now free, what you see is what you pay

5. How is my handmade jewellery packaged?

Your item will be wrapped in tissue, carefully put in a sturdy cherry red gift box with ribbon (very stylish they are!) then packed in a jiffy bag

6. How long will it take?

If your item is ready to go (most items on here are) I aim to post the same day, or next day, however I do state up to 3 days just in case. All items are sent first class post, so you may receive the next day...

7. I want something made to order...

If you don't like the colour, length, pendant, want matching items, made to match clothing...anything.  Contact me

8. What if I don't like my jewellery?

First things first; Contact me 

For feedback it would be nice to know if there is a problem with the delivery or jewellery, you may then return your jewellery within 7 days~at your cost. When the item reaches me in the condition it was sent, I will then refund.

9. What if my jewellery breaks?

Despite best efforts, handmade jewellery is a bit more fragile, mainly as it is not soldered~unlike mainstream jewellery shops, if you take care not to get the jewellery caught on or in anything, polish the silver, do not get it moist, spray perfume or leave in sunlight, it should last a lifetime.

10. Do you have a shop?

No, I am not that fortunate. My items can be bought online or come along to one of the events listed here
